Dr.Abdul Kalam Trust for Educational & Greenery, a registered public charitable trust, owns, operates and manages the website https://www.drabdulkalamtrust.org/ (hereinafter referred to as "Site"). The Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy herein shall govern the use of the Site. Your access or use of the Site signifies that you (hereinafter referred to as "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Dr.Abdul Kalam Trust for Educational & Greenery reserves the rights to revise the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from time to time, at its absolute discretion, without notice, and such revisions shall be binding on the User.

Submissions and Services

The User may upload information or data of any nature whatsoever on the Site subject to the following conditions:

By posting or submitting any information on the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Submissions"), the User hereby grants to Dr.Abdul Kalam Trust for Educational & Greenery a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to cache, copy, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, transmit, publicly perform, reproduce, revise and otherwise use the User's Submissions to the Site.
2. The User agrees that Dr.Abdul Kalam Trust for Educational & Greenery has the right to publish the User's name in connection with the User's Submissions.
3. The User may request the removal of the User's Submissions for any reason on reasonable written notice to Dr.Abdul Kalam Trust for Educational & Greenery, on receipt of which Dr.Abdul Kalam Trust for Educational & Greenery shall take steps to remove such Submissions.

By making Submissions on the Site, the User agrees to indemnify and hold Dr.Abdul Kalam Trust for Educational & Greenery or any person acting on behalf of Dr.Abdul Kalam Trust for Educational & Greenery harmless for any and all claims, damages, losses including for loss of reputation whatsoever that Dr.Abdul Kalam Trust for Educational & Greenery may incur or suffer due to the User's Submissions.

Dr.Abdul Kalam Trust for Educational & Greenery is under no obligation to use the User's Submissions and Dr.Abdul Kalam Trust for Educational & Greenery may at its sole discretion remove any Submissions from the Site at any time, without intimating the User who's Submissions are being removed.

The Site may require the User to create a user profile before making a Submission or before using any of Dr.Abdul Kalam Trust for Educational & Greenery services on the Site. The User agrees and undertakes to provide accurate and complete information and update his/her user profile as and when required by Dr.Abdul Kalam Trust for Educational & Greenery.

6. Distributing unsolicited advertising or promotional materials using the Site.

(3) Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Neither the Site, Dr.Abdul Kalam Trust for Educational & Greenery nor any of its agents, or any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages or claims or losses arising out of the User's access to, or use of, the Site or the Site Material.
